Are the open role vacancies current?
All advertised roles are currently vacant. We have regular demand for some positions, so they may be online for a longer period of time.
I haven’t found the right role. Can I submit an open application?
You are very welcome to send us a speculative application. Please simply state your desired field of activity and we will check your documents for possible employment with us.
How can I apply?
You can use our application form or send your complete application documents (including a cover letter, resume, and certificates of education and employment), or via email to recruitment@esprit-engineering.com.
What happens to my personal data?
We treat your data with absolute confidentiality. During our application process, we ask you separately for your consent to store your personal data for longer than usual. If you opt-out, we will delete your data after the permitted period has expired, otherwise, the data will remain stored for two years.
What is the application process like?
We carefully and quickly review your documents. You will be informed as soon as possible about the next steps. Initially, we will arrange a telephone interview. This is followed by a video interview. The final step is an in-person interview at our premises.

Can I write a final thesis with ESPRiT Engineering?
Please feel free to contact us. If we can offer you the basic opportunity and a topic within the scope of our current projects, you can also write a thesis with us.
Is it possible to work as a student employee?
In principle, yes, but we have to check in advance whether it is currently possible to employ a student worker in the context of each project.
Is part-time work also possible?
Our employment contracts stipulate weekly working hours of up to 40 hours. Shorter working hours per week are also possible.
What are the office locations of ESPRiT Engineering?
Our offices are located in Munich, Ingolstadt, and Stuttgart in Germany, in Cluj in Romania, and in Sofia in Bulgaria.
I have no experience in the automotive sector. Is that a criterion for exclusion?
Not at all. We have many lateral entrants at ESPRiT Engineering. The decisive factors for us are a burning interest, insatiable curiosity, and the joy of exploring new subject areas. As soon as a new project starts, you will be assigned an experienced colleague to help you familiarise yourself with the client.
